Grady Memorial Hospital is a 99-bed, nonprofit facility that owns and operates Five Oaks Medical Group. FOMG is a Multi-Specialty Clinic that serves our 18,000 Chickasha, Oklahoma residents as well as the service area of 75,000.
Our collegial staff of 11 physicians and 5 PAs covers specialties including Ob/Gyn, Pediatrics, Podiatry, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Urology and an Urgent Care Clinic.
